Inconsistent in loss
May 25, 2018
Temp never found consistent footing in the 3-1 loss to Team EnVyUs on Day 3, Week 2 of CWL Global Pro League, Stage 2.
ANALYSIS
Temp had his ups and downs in this one, even within the same round at some point. Round 1 Hardpoint was one of those, as he started off incredibly slow as Team EnVyUs ran out to an early lead. Temp began to wake up towards the middle of the round, as he, Aqua and Saints staged a comeback that came up just short. Round 2 Search & Destroy saw Temp have a disaster of a game. He did not have a kill in the 6-1 loss; it could not get much worse for Temp and Echo Fox. He turned it around for a solid Round 3 Capture the Flag, as he went 18/16 with a flag cap to his name. He also had a huge kill, stopping Decemate from tying the game with seconds on the clock. Round 4 Hardpoint, however, saw Echo Fox get outslayed for most of the match. Temp actually paced Echo to an early lead in the round, but he and the rest of Echo Fox faded as Team EnVyUs finished them off.
Ups and downs in loss
May 25, 2018
Saints had his ups and downs in the 3-1 loss to Team EnVyUs on Day 3, Week 2 of CWL Global Pro League, Stage 2.
ANALYSIS
Saints had a terribly slow start to Round 1 Hardpoint, as they trailed by a rather healthy margin for the majority of the round. However, Saints began to pick it up late, as the combination of him, Temp and Aqua sparked a huge comeback that fell just a little bit short. Round 2 Search & Destroy saw Saints start well. He went 3/2 through the first two games, as his teammates had zero combined kills. However, that is about all he was able to do, as Echo Fox lost the round 6-1. Round 3 Capture the Flag saw him have a big moment in the match despite the 16/18 KD - he had the final flag cap in the round, giving them a 3-2 lead with 12 seconds left, forcing a Round 4 Hardpoint. However, that Hardpoint round was an easy win for Team EnVyUs. No one on Echo Fox hit the 20-kill mark as they were outslayed to finish off the loss.
Respawn struggles
May 25, 2018
Faccento had his fair share of struggles in the respawn rounds of the 3-1 loss to Team EnVyUs on Day 3, Week 2, of CWL Global Pro League, Stage 2.
ANALYSIS
Faccento saw his fair share of struggles in the respawn rounds of this loss. Round 1 Hardpoint housed a rather impressive comeback by Echo Fox, as they stormed back after trailing for nearly the entire round to lose in heartbreaking fashion. Faccento was never able to put it together, as he went 19/26 in the round, with 46 seconds on the objective; the kills and Hardpoint time were both lowest in the lobby. Round 3 Capture the Flag was their only round win, though Faccento played more of a supporting role behind Aqua and Temp. He helped plug in the holes behind them, and was rather important to the win, as he had one of the three flag caps in a 3-2 victory. Round 4 Hardpoint was a struggle for everyone on Echo Fox. They were roundly outslayed, as Team EnVyUs really coasted to a win. Faccento limped to a 16/26 KD in the round. His best round came in Round 2 Search & Destroy, another round in which Echo Fox struggled mightily. They won just Game 6, with Faccento netting the final kill. He played rather well, but he could not stand up to Team EnVyUs single-handedly.
Best player in loss
May 25, 2018
Aqua was not perfect, but acquitted himself well for the most part in the 3-1 loss to Team EnVyUs on Day 3, Week 2, of CWL Global Pro League, Stage 2.
ANALYSIS
Aqua did a lot of good in this match, especially in Round 1 Hardpoint and Round 3 Capture the Flag. Round 1 Hardpoint saw him be the only consistently good player on Echo Fox. His solid play throughout the round kept them close enough for a comeback to be possible, and he almost led them to one. He had a key use of the Fighter Pilot that gave them map control and got them within seconds of a win, just to lose it late. He went 36/20 in the round, with 1:02 on the objective. Round 3 Capture the Flag saw him lead Echo Fox again, though this resulted in a win. His 23 kills led the lobby, and he was a menace on the defensive side of the map; he was a big reason why Team EnVyUs were held to two flag caps in the 3-2 win. The rest of his performance was subpar, though, as he was nonexistent in the 6-1 loss in Round 2 Search & Destroy, and went 19/21 in the Round 4 Hardpoint loss. They were dominated in each of those rounds, as they lost 3-1.
Struggles in sweep loss
May 23, 2018
Temp never really got it going in the sweep loss to FaZe Clan on Day 1, Week 2 of CWL Global Pro League, Stage 2.
ANALYSIS
Temp saw his fair share of struggles in this one. Round 1 Hardpoint saw the majority of Echo Fox have a hard time keeping up with the excellent play from FaZe Clan as a whole. They, simply put, got heavily outslayed by their competition. Temo went 26/33, with 51 seconds on the objective. He was far from bad, he just could not slay with FaZe Clan. Round 2 Search & Destroy was even more of a blowout. Save for an ace from Saints in the first game, they could not do anything against FaZe Clan, losing 6-1. They lost Round 3 Capture the Flag 2-1, in a tense, close round, but Temp really struggled. He went 14/20 in the round, struggling to break through the staunch FaZe Clan defense.
