Potentially set to leave UNILAD
September 5, 2018
Alexx has been linked with a new team to start the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 competitive season which includes MadCat, Joshh and Dqvee according to Matt Porter of Dexerto.com.
ANALYSIS
The report indicates that Alexx would be bought out of his contract potentially should this move take shape. The UNILAD player had developed into a consistent force throughout his time with the organization and would likely act as a secondary utility role alongside Joshh in this roster scenario.
Solid slayer in first two rounds
August 18, 2018
Zed fought hard in the first two rounds but struggled in the last round of the 3-0 loss to eUnited that relegated them to the loser's bracket on Day 4 of the 2018 Call of Duty World League Championships.
ANALYSIS
Zed had two solid rounds but fell off in the final round of this loss. Round 1 Hardpoint saw him slay excellently from the get-go, pacing them to a 139-69 lead, and continuing to slay well as that lead burned down around him and they lost the round. He notched a lobby leading 43 kills, and a solid 1:13 on the objective, playing well despite the collapse. He continued to slay well into Round 2 Search & Destroy, but similar to the end of the previous round, had little support around him. Round 3 Capture the Flag was his worst round by far, as he managed just 11 kills in the 4-0 loss. He simply ran out of gas, as UNILAD got swept.
Inconsistent throughout loss
August 18, 2018
wuskin never found consistency in the 3-0 loss to eUnited as they were knocked into the loser's bracket on Day 4 of the 2018 Call of Duty World League Championships.
ANALYSIS
wuskin had a very inconsistent performance in this loss. Round 1 Hardpoint saw wuskin struggle early on, but pick it up as they ran out to a 139-69 lead. He fell off again as eUnited ramped up their play, and UNILAD eventually fell to them. He went 24/25 in the round, fluctuating between great and substandard. Round 2 Search & Destroy was tough for UNILAD, as they never really were able to keep pace with eUnited. wuskin had a great game two, getting the final kill and being a nuisance throughout the game, but struggled in the other games of the 6-3 loss. Round 3 Capture the Flag was by far their worst round, as they were outslayed badly from the first moments on. He went 17/17 leading them in kills and posting the only non-negative KD on his team - it was a slog for them, and they never got their footing in the 4-0 loss.
Steadily regresses in win
August 18, 2018
Seany started excellently but got progressively worse as the 3-0 loss to eUnited went on, as they dropped to the loser's bracket on Day 4 of the 2018 Call of Duty World League Championships.
ANALYSIS
Seany had three different types of performances in each of the three rounds of this loss. Round 1 Hardpoint was his best round, as he was part of the group that led them to their early lead. He did totally fall about down the stretch, but he certainly struggled a bit as eUnited caught fire and erased the UNILAD lead. He finished the round with 33 kills and a lobby leading 1:44 on the objective. He was about average in Round 2 Search & Destroy, as he was never able to find that early-first round form. He did have a clutch play to keep them alive, netting three kills in game eight to keep them alive for a bit. Round 3 Capture the Flag was very bad, however, as they were shutout and he went 10/20 in the loss. eUnited were a well-oiled machine at that point, and Seany had no answer for them.
Trouble finding his footing in loss
August 18, 2018
Alexx never found his stride in the 3-0 loss to eUnited as they dropped to the loser's bracket on Day 4 of the 2018 Call of Duty World League Championships.
ANALYSIS
Alexx had his fair share of struggles in this loss. He was never that much of an asset when they were leading Round 1 Hardpoint, and he had a hard time keeping pace with eUnited as they mounted - and completed - their comeback. He finished the round 35/38 with 26 seconds on the objective in the round. Round 2 Search & Destroy was similar for him, as he was never able to consistently find himself. eUnited did not need to do much of a comeback in this one, as they handed UNILAD a 6-3 loss. He did have a nice kill in game seven to momentarily keep their hopes alive, but they could not run with eUnited as a whole. Round 3 Capture the Flag was incredibly tough, both for Alexx and for UNILAD as a whole. They were outslayed from the jump, and never really threatened to score in the 4-0 loss. Alexx went 9/19 in the round and was one of three players to finish the round with a negative KD. It was a blowout, plain and simple.
