December 9, 2017
ShahZaM posted a 29/34 KD on Saturday in a 2-0 loss to SK Gaming in the semifinals of the ESL Pro League Season 6 Finals.
A smooth start on the offensive side granted ShahZaM the pistol round with a smooth execute on the B-bombsite. Misfits then traded rounds with SK to tie the game early 3-3, however, SK shut down ShahZaM's late rotations to the A-bombsite as well as his entry into the B-bombsite. Down 10-5 at the half, ShahZaM could not hold off the aggressive offense by SK as they only won a single round in the second half for a 16-6 loss. Unfortunately, the pain doesn't end there as ShahZaM and company took a massive Map 2 loss on Overpass that punched their plan flight home.

sgares went 17/34 on Saturday in the 2-0 loss to SK Gaming in the semifinals of the ESL Pro League Season 6 Finals.

While sgares tried for the A-execute once more, SK countered easily and began to read the offense like a book. sgares tried for a passive offense as well as an aggressive one that only resulted in five rounds in the first half. Going into the second, sgares struggled to hold the offense of SK as he took a tough 16-6 loss. The misery didn't end there as his run on Overpass finally deflated with a 16-1 loss and an early exit out of the tournament.
Quiet in rough loss

AmaNEk posted a team-low 15/34 KD on Saturday in a 2-0 loss to SK Gaming in the semifinals of the ESL Pro League Season 6 Finals.
AmaNEk opened the series with an offensive triple kill on the B-bombsite entry to secure the pistol round. However, SK contested early as AmaNEk gained several entry-kills on the A-bombsite to secure a few more round wins. SK finally read the offense and countered for the remainder of the half to take the 10-5 score. AmaNEk didn't have much of a chance to shut down the offense of SK as only one round could be accounted for the 16-6 loss. On Map 2, AmaNEk didn't find success either as SK showed no respect in the 16-1 thrashing to send Misfits home early.

Opened for Misfits in the sweep
December 9, 2017
AmaNEk posted a solid 48/40 KD in the 2-0 sweep over HellRaisers in the quarterfinals of ESL Pro League Season 6 Finals.
A slow start to Cobblestone quickly turned around for the offense of AmaNEk to help pick up several entry-kills that turned into four straight wins. However, HellRaisers contested to even the score but AmaNEk didn't ease up on the offense and continued to open up the bombsites and wear down the HellRaisers defense for a 9-6 lead. The second half was all defense with the help of AmaNEk holding the line on the B-bombsite, but HellRaisers played more passive to slowly overcome the odds and force overtime. Misfits looked strong in the overtime rounds as AmaNEk held the B-bombsite but HellRaisers edged to force a second overtime. AmaNEk then stayed consistent on the offense to get the opening kills to contribute to the 22-18 win. Game 2 on Overpass showed a huge defensive hold in the first half as AmaNEk remained composed to take the 10-5 lead and continued to hound HellRaisers on the offense to pick up the 16-6 win to sweep, advancing to the semifinals with an 83.9 ADR.
