Succinctly shut down
July 8, 2018
1/5/3 was TheShy's KDA as Invictus fell to KT Rolster on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
TheShy's Ryze never really had much of a chance to get going in this game. Vulnerable as he was on such an immobile champion in the top lane, the enemy jungler made sure to gank him early and often, with the combination of Sejuani and Jayce providing plenty of CC and damage to take him down. At one point, even other members of KT saw fit to join in on the fun, diving him underneath his turret to kill him despite TheShy playing it to near mechanical perfection. With all the focus he received, he had a hard time scaling into the later stages of the game.

The Rumble IG needed
July 31, 2017
TheShy was impressive in his two games against OMG on Saturday, finishing with an 11/5/20 KDA.
ANALYSIS
After Xiyang's Camille steamrolled Duke's Rumble in Game 1, TheShy fearlessly opted into the matchup in both games he played in the series. The results were outstanding as he was able to own the lane and completely shut down his opponent. Additionally, he found the late game damage that Duke couldn't and was the x-factor that got IG over the finish line. The key to his success was positioning and constantly respecting the gank in lane, which meant his position in teamfights allowed him to get juicy damage onto OMG's backline.
