Ucal has become a free agent after his contract with KT Rolster expired.
ANALYSIS
Ucal becomes a free agent after just one season with KT Rolster, culminating in a 2018 LCK Summer Split title. Ucal took over the starting mid lane role from Pawn and turned the team's fortunes upon becoming a starter. At only 17 years old, Ucal should be a highly sought after free agent.

Hit-and-miss performance for KT
June 27, 2018
Ucal finished KT Rolster's 1-2 loss to SKT on Tuesday with a 8/7/13 KDA.
ANALYSIS
Ucal has been everything KT fans could have hoped for in replacing Pawn, but that doesn't mean Ucal can solve all of KT's core issues. Sure, his Swain performance in Game 1 was stellar, dominating the Rift to the tune of a 5/1/8 KDA, but KT's team composition was well designed to take advantage of a weaker bottom lane draft. Everything after that showed that KT might not have the best grasp on what to pick, even taking a Ryze which is ill-advised in the patch 8.12 environment. Outside of champion picks, Ucal simply showed that he couldn't do much to help Score when Faker and company ran him down in the jungle, showing that, while Ucal is talented, there is a long way to go for KT to hit the next level.
